All prices are on a person basis and subject to taxes and services, unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days and are subject to change without notice. 30% of the anticipated bill is due and payable to the Primavera Hall 7 days prior to the scheduled function. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of function, interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month.
Menu selection must be submitted to the office at least two weeks prior to the function. At this time you will be asked to give an estimated number of guests expected, food, and beverage requirements. You will be asked to phone your GUARANTEED NUMBERS to the office 24 hours prior to the scheduled function. These numbers will be used for billing purposes. You will be charged for your guaranteed number plus any additional meals served and the guarantee must not fall below the minimum number required for the function room.
Room Set Up
Linen tablecloths, and napkins are included at no extra charge, as is white skirting for head tables, cake table, receiving line table and dessert tables, a podium and microphone is also included at no extra charge. Specialty linens are also available. A floor plan will be provided to the convener to ensure accurate setup of the function.
