Ada’s past is rich with cooking from the heart. It all started in Lago, Italy where her family owned a restaurant/bar/discoteca and her father loved the land and its fruits, herbs and grains. The restaurant was called ‘Lucciola’ which means ‘firefly’ in Italian.”
